Marco G. Bocciarelli brings unique perspective to the handling of your case as he began his career as a defense lawyer representing the insurance industry. Marco was formally an Associate at a defense firm in Cleveland, Ohio from 2002 to 2009 where he defended major automobile manufacturers and corporations. He has tried numerous complex cases to verdict; cases involving multi-million dollar exposure and allegations of product liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, trucking accident defense, and lemon law.

In 2009, Mr. Bocciarelli joined the Joseph T. Joseph team and switched the focus of his practice to the representation of injured individuals and their families against the same defense industry that he once represented. His former representation has allowed him to utilize that experience and knowledge to now help individuals and families against negligence in accidents of any kind.

Marco received his J.D. from The University of Akron School of Law. He received his B.A. from Kent State University. While at the University of Akron School of Law Marco participated in the Trial Team where he participated in and won several regional and national trial competitions.

Marco resides in Medina, Ohio with his wife Amanda. In addition to spending time with his family, Mr. Bocciarelli enjoys music, reading, movies and spending time outdoors in his free time.
